  • Red chili (long) – 7 no’s
  • Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds – 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds – ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 piece
  • Garlic – 6 no’s
  • Ginger – small piece (optional)
  • Oil – 3 spoons
