  • Ground nut oil – 3 spoons
  • Channa dal – 1 tea spoon
  • Shallots – 10 no’s (chop roughly)
  • Red chilli – 1 no
  • Salt as needed
  • Water to cook keerai
  • Grated coconut – 3 spoons
